Please include a note with your order number and reason for exchange. Any returns lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer.
Apparel returns can be done for the following reasons:
Size exchange (pending stock availability)
Order error (you were sent the wrong order)
Genuine manufacturing fault (Jarin Street reserves the right not to exchange or return apparel items altered or damaged by the customer)
Please note that the cost to return items to our Online store is at the customers expense.
We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Jarin Street will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow two weeks for your parcel to be returned to us by courier. Once we receive your return parcel back to our Warehouse, your request will be processed within 14 days.
